CCC HealthCare, LLC proudly operates residential group homes throughout Hampton Roads, VA, serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities since 2018. Our homes are thoughtfully designed to meet the diverse and unique needs of every individual, offering an environment that promotes comfort, safety, dignity, and a true sense of belonging.​Our dedicated team of skilled professionals provides compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each individual’s strengths, goals, and support needs. Through structured guidance, meaningful engagement, and daily living assistance, we empower residents to build skills, foster independence, and lead fulfilling, enriching lives.​​

Community engagement is another vital part of our approach. We actively encourage and support residents in participating in local events, volunteer opportunities, recreational activities, and social programs. These experiences help individuals strengthen social connections, develop new interests, and feel fully included in the communities where they live. Together, we create an environment where every individual is supported, valued, and connected—both at home and within the community.
